Mungkin pandai berblogging dan berfb

Mungkin membaca nukilan ku ini

Habis adapter pon disapu

Mentang2 ini tahun 2000

Memecah rumah dengan pelan biru (blue print)

Best Big, Fat Chewy Chocolate Chips Cookies

I made this cookie for Ms Rose. It turned out well and perfect in terms of shape n taste. I used only 1 cup of brown sugar because I hate when my cookies too sweet. This is a must do recipe, for sure I will do it again in future.

Kurau Naik!

My father just came back from the sea (macam fisherman jer bunyinyer hahah) and guess what, he brought back a big 'kurau', about 3 kg weight of fish. My semester break is a big vacation for him because he can go fishing everyday. Last week he caught us 10 kerapu. Now my mum fridge is full with stock. If he continues top up the stock, Im afraid mum has to sell some or give away to neighbour everyday :)

Later when Im back home, I will find some pictures of him with big2 fish he had caught b4. Till then, just enjoy the one he caught today;

Ha, after godek2 I found my old website, these pics took by my brother hp in 2004. So its really2 blurred. But not to worry cause I just want you to realize how big was the fish. We didn't even dare to eat the fish because of its size. It weighted about 18kg :0. If Im not mistaken, my father brought the fish to mosque and they divided the fish among themselves.

1 Ogos nih we all plan nak buat family outdoors activiti, per lagi g berpicnic la. According to our plan, we'll go to Jinbara Campsite. My brother D been there b4 and my SIL is the one who promote the place to us. Normally me nih jenis yang suka g tepi2 sungai. But as my brother explained, this campsite made of few landscapes that channel water from the waterfall to their campsites through some ducts. This must be exciting I guess, so we decided to give it a try.

Oh its call 'Jinbara' because one of those lanscape is theirs. I heard there's even a waterfall called 'Sofia Jane' hahhah. Me pinjam few pics from my bother's blog.

Durian

Just now masa nak amek Haziq, my mum ternampak the king of fruit - buah Doyan! omg, besonyer buah. sebiji for only rm 15 her, apek tuh siap tolong kopek, we all bawa balik isi jer pasal if my father tau mesti teruk we all kena bambu. My father dah lama x makan sejak ada kencing manis, terror tul dia tahan dari merasa doyan2 yang kadang me n my husband bawa balik. My hubby mesti surprise sebab that day dia perabis rm 20 for 2 bekas doyan. Isi pon kecik2, yang ini, nah ... ssebekas ada dalam 7-8 ketui yang besaq2 ulasnyer, pada peminat doyan, maila jamu mata eh :)

X sampai 20 mins, 1 bekas dah abis hahahh! Sebekas lagi simpan tuk orang belakang, ble jer abiskan sebenarnyer :p. Petang nih me nak pujuk hubby g beli lagi sebab me nak buat eskem doyan laks yer.... yummy!

Recipe Asam Pedas Perantau (Ahaks)

Bahan2 A

Cili kering 5 tangkai

Bawang putih seulas

Bawang kecil 2 biji

Halia n Lengkuas (size bwg putih tadi)

Serai diketuk

Asam Jawa (stgh sudu kecil)

Seekor ikan (for sorang makan hahah)

Garam secukup rasa

Bahan hiasan

Bendi, terung, tomato, daun kesum, daun kantan

(pape jer yang ada dlm stok)

Cara
Goreng bahan A sampai naik bau bersama ngan serai tadi
Masukkan garam
Masukkan air asam jawa
(air agak2 cause ur cili paste for sorang makan)
Tunggu mendidih sebentar
Masukkan ikan
Masukkan bahan2 hiasan
(Tgu ar sat kasik layu skit sayur2 tuh then leh tutu api)

Walaaaa, dah ble makan :)
Klu nak pelbagaikan jadi asam pedas melaka tambah jer kerisik skit n black pepper. Selamat memasak n jgn lupa tepek pics yer :)

Dinner @ Bonda

Ni sebenarnya dinner semalam, tak sempat me nak upload since pics tertinggal kat pc my bro. Since my SIL ada kat umah semalam, so dpa masak2 lagi ler, panggil my grandmother n aunty skali datang makan. Kerapu yang my father dapat dekat 10 ekor tuh depa goreng jer. Me dengar ader macam2, sayur2 rebus pon ader. Tapi since me sampai dah lewat petang, ader lauk yang dah abis :). So yang nih jer me sempat snap ya ... (KISH mesti tensen jer tengok ...)

Kek lapis tu bukan me yang buat yer, since me tak suka kerja renyah2 tampal menampal tuh. Kek2 tuh my brother bawa balik dari Sarawak. Price dia not that bad, dia leh dapat RM 100 jer, biasanyer if orang semenanjung nak bawa balik sini, sebiji tuh around RM 150. Must be sebab my future SIL orang sana, dia dapat murah :)

Disebabkan perut me x bapa sedap petang semalam, me cuma makan nasi sikit plus kerabu pucuk cekur n sambal tempoyak. Urm till this morning perut me masih x sedap lagi :(

Oh lupa, for drinks u all mesti x leh imagine per dpa minum :0... They had apple n peria juice hahah, pahitnyer u'll never know. Next time me snap the pic ya.
